Important Notice Regarding Online Payments for Customers on the Cutoff List

July 17, 2026

Customers who have been placed on the cutoff list must insure that payment is recieved in our Office by 4:00 p.m. on the 15th to avoid service disconnection on the 16th.

Please Note: Online payments made after 3:00 p.m. on the 14th are not guaranteed to be recieved by our office before the cutoff process begins. If your online payment is submitted after 3:00 on the 14th, your account may still be disconnected on the 16th, even if you recieve an online payment confirmation.

To avoid interruption of service, customers on the cutoff list should make online payments before 3:00p.m. on the 14th, or pay in person at our office during normal business hours.

Online payment confirmations DO NOT prevent disconnection if payment has not already been recieved by our office before the 3:00 p.m. deadline on the 14th.
